Custom Order

For a complete custom tumbler, please message me first to discuss the specifics! After we agree on a design, I will instruct you to add this option to your cart with a note referencing your specific design.

Currently processing times for special order tumblers is 10-12 weeks.  While most orders ship sooner than the projected ship date, please allow the full processing time for shipping.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless I feel it's absolutely necessary to do so. 

Please check the spelling of any names. No changes can be made to your order once the order has been placed. Please ensure shipping address and personalization are correct before purchasing. By purchasing you agree that you understand this.  

All the items pictured in my shop are the original products handmade by me, they will be recreated but never the exactly the same. 

Please understand that minor imperfections may occur as items are handmade. 

Once an item leaves my hands I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or the package not being delivered or being delivered to the wrong address.  It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided.
 
If your item arrives damaged I must be contacted within 24 hours of your package being delivered with a picture of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
 
Please treat this product with care as it is handmade and can be quite fragile.  Hand wash only, not microwave safe, not dishwasher safe, do not leave in hot cars and/or high temps or direct sunlight.  DO NOT DROP!
 
For white cups or cups with large areas of white, please be aware that epoxy naturally yellows over time.  I use a UV resistant epoxy that slows the process of yellowing, however this will not stop the yellowing from happening all together.  Keep your cups out of direct sunlight as much as possible
